Superconducting solenoid coil winding machine
It consists of four parts: winding, winding, tension control, and wire laying. The tension control device is integrated with the automatic wire winding device, which together forms the wire winding system with the pay-off rack servo system, making it particularly suitable for winding large diameter long axis solenoid coils.
The winding spindle adopts variable frequency control, with adjustable speed, flexible start and stop.
Automatic counting: including the current number of layers and turns, automatically calculating the length of the wrapped wire on the coil. Support online manual parameter modification.
Automatic wire laying: The wire laying speed automatically follows the winding speed of the spindle.
The use of gravity adjustable constant tension control, while supporting winding and unwinding, is of special significance for the winding process of superconducting solenoids.
The entire machine is interlocked for safety, protecting the superconductor and protecting personal safety.
Performance indicators:
Spindle: Speed adjustment range 0.1-15rpm; Large driving power of 2.2~5.5kW; Large torque of 12000 N · m; It has a large load-bearing capacity of 5 tons.
Automatic wiring: The wiring accuracy is 0.001mm.
Tension control: adjustable range of 5~150N, with large tension fluctuations< 1.5% (calculated based on a coil diameter of 2m and a winding speed of 15rpm, the tension fluctuation decreases linearly as the diameter and speed decrease).
